This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them and how you can control them.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the sites you visit. They allow a site to remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs) can be used for the same purposes; we refer to all of them as “cookies” below.
• Strictly necessary — required for the site to work: language preference (“directel_lang”), your cookie consent choice (“directel_cookie_consent_v1”), authentication for the private admin area, and basic security. These do not require consent. • Analytics — used only if you accept: they help us count visits and understand which pages are useful, in aggregated and pseudonymised form. If you reject analytics, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics scripts are loaded. • Marketing — used only if you accept: they help us measure our marketing campaigns and, where enabled, show relevant Directel content on third-party platforms. If you reject marketing, no marketing scripts (including advertising pixels) are loaded.
When analytics or marketing cookies are enabled, some cookies may be set by third parties (such as Google or Meta). These providers act as independent controllers for the data they collect via those cookies; their own privacy policies apply. Currently, no non-essential trackers load until you give consent.
You can review and change your choices at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button below or in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
Your cookie consent record is stored for up to 12 months; after that we will ask again. Individual cookies have their own durations, which we keep as short as is reasonable for their purpose.
