Born from the Italian art of hospitality.
We started Directel in 2022 with a simple observation: the best independent hotels in the world were losing margin, time and guest attention to platforms that were never designed to celebrate them.
So we built the partner we wished existed — a fully remote team combining enterprise hotel technology with a hospitality-first way of working. Today we operate as a digital extension of independent hotels, boutique properties, resorts and B&Bs across the world.
